Residence-based tax and term-matched fees

Sales tax follows the purchaser's Pennsylvania residence jurisdiction under the 2026 destination rule. Passenger registration, local-use fees, and the EV/PHEV Road User Charge follow the selected one- or two-year term.

Each tool states its boundaries. Trucks, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, motorhomes, specialty cases, exemptions, and unverified service-provider charges remain outside the supported ordinary passenger-vehicle paths.
